Author Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit their manuscripts to Intellectus Hub by sending mail to official mail (hubintellectus@gmail.com) . All submissions undergo an initial editorial screening to ensure alignment with the aims and scope of the journal. Manuscripts that meet these criteria will be forwarded for peer review. Based on reviewers’ recommendations and editorial evaluation, a final decision of acceptance or rejection will be made.
Incomplete submissions will be automatically removed from the system without prior notice.
Before submission, authors must ensure that:
Permission has been obtained for any third-party material (e.g., photographs, figures, tables, datasets, or documents).
All listed authors have made substantial contributions and have approved the final manuscript.
Ethical approval has been obtained where applicable, in accordance with national and institutional regulations.
The Editorial Board reserves the right to desk-reject manuscripts that do not meet minimum quality standards. Authors are advised to ensure that:
The research design is robust and clearly described.
The argument is logical, coherent, and well-structured.
The title is concise and informative.
The abstract is self-contained and accurately summarizes the study.
Manuscript Preparation Guidelines
1. Manuscript Format
Manuscripts must be prepared according to Intellectus hub Guideline, available on the journal’s website.
Submissions not following the prescribed guideline may be returned for correction.
2. Submission Process
All manuscripts must be submitted exclusively through the official mail to Intellectus Hub.
3. Authorship
All authors must have made significant intellectual contributions to the manuscript.
All authors must approve the final version before submission.
4. Originality
Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
5. Plagiarism
Authors must ensure their manuscript complies with the UGC Plagiarism Policy (2018).
A plagiarism report is mandatory and must be uploaded during submission.
Submissions without a plagiarism report will be rejected without review.
6. Length
Intellectus Hub accepts the following categories of submissions:
Full Research Article:
Manuscripts should be between 3,000 and 8,000 words, including references, tables, figures, and appendices. These articles must present original research with a clear methodology, analysis, and discussion.Opinion / Commentary:
Manuscripts should be between 1,200 and 2,000 words. These submissions should offer critical perspectives, theoretical reflections, policy discussions, or scholarly opinions on relevant issues within the journal’s scope.Book Review:
Manuscripts should be between 1,000 and 1,500 words. Reviews should critically evaluate recently published books, highlighting their contributions, strengths, limitations, and relevance to the field.
Submissions that fall outside these prescribed word limits may be returned to authors for revision prior to editorial or peer-review consideration.
7. Abstract and Keywords
Abstract: Maximum 350 words.
Keywords: Up to five keywords highlighting the main themes of the study.
8. References
Intellectus Hub follows the APA referencing style.
In-text citations must use the author–date system.
The reference list should be arranged alphabetically.
Authors are encouraged to limit references to 15–20 sources.
9. Figures and Tables
All figures and tables must be clearly numbered and labeled.
They should be embedded in the manuscript at appropriate locations.
10. Ethics
Authors must adhere to ethical standards in academic publishing and ensure:
Research integrity and transparency.
Proper acknowledgement of sources.
Disclosure of conflicts of interest where applicable.
UGC Plagiarism Policy (Compliance)
In accordance with the UGC (Promotion of Academic Integrity and Prevention of Plagiarism in Higher Educational Institutions) Regulations, 2018, plagiarism is defined as:
“The act of using the work of another person, including their ideas, concepts, and expressions, without giving due credit or acknowledgement.”
Key points:
All manuscripts must undergo plagiarism checking using reliable software.
The acceptable similarity index is up to 10% for research articles (authors are advised to consult UGC guidelines in detail).
Manuscripts found to contain plagiarism will be rejected.
Authors may be restricted from future submissions in cases of serious misconduct.
Self-plagiarism is strictly prohibited.

Review Process and Timeline
Intellectus Hub does not offer accelerated or fast-track publication. All submissions undergo a thorough peer-review process. Due to the high volume of manuscripts, the review process may take several weeks to a few months.
Submission does not guarantee publication. The Editorial Board reserves full rights to accept or reject any manuscript.
Authors are requested not to send repeated status inquiries, as this does not expedite the review process. Authors will be informed once a final decision has been made. Intellectus Hub maintains high editorial and peer-review standards and prioritizes quality over speed.

By submitting a manuscript to Intellectus Hub, the author(s) agree that:

Instructions for Research Papers
Abstract: Manuscripts should include an abstract of no more than 250-300 words that describe the manuscript’s main theme.
Introduction: Provide a clear and concise statement of the research question, including its significance and the gap in knowledge that the study aims to address.
Literature Review: Conduct a thorough and critical review of the existing literature on the topic, demonstrating the relevance and significance of the research question.
Methodology: Describe the methodology used to conduct the research, including the research design, data collection methods, and analysis techniques.
Results: Present the research findings in a clear and organized manner, using tables, figures, and graphs where appropriate.
Discussion: Interpret the findings in light of the research question and relevant literature, and discuss their implications for research, practice, and policy.
Conclusion: Summarize the key findings of the study and their implications, and offer recommendations for future research or policy.
References: Provide a complete list of references cited in the manuscript, formatted according to the journal’s guidelines.
